Not all meditations are equal!
             ...and none of them can be forced



Meditation is a broad term and learning how to meditate is even broader.  Just like wellness, there is physical wellness, mental wellness and spiritual wellness etc.. You can learn how to mediate for love, for healing, the gift of wisdom and so many more.  You can learn how to meditate for the purpose of self hypnosis,  visualization, and insight  such as that used  by Nikola Tesla, Steve Jobs and many more you already know.

When I first watched  2006 movie The Secret, there was a section that resonated with me when the narrator mention finding and "believing all the people that knew the secret". I decide to research what all those people had in common. You can see them flash by the screen within the first 2 minutes of the DVD. What was it that allowed them to tap into the secret?
